Starting today, Citi cardholders will have a new channel to instantly convert their Citi Thank You Points or Citi Miles at GrabRewards points. This reconciliation was in part in response to comments from Citi cardholders about the desire for more rewards redemption options. The partnership gives Citi card customers more flexibility to redeem their Citi Thank You Points or Citi Miles for transportation or delivery coupons from the GrabRewards catalog, offset in-store purchases and participate in fun seasonal activities. This can be done transparently with no conversion fees imposed.

The program follows a long-standing partnership between Citi and Grab in the region, the most recent being a card reconciliation in Thailand in August 2021.
